What you will need to streamline and secure housing accommodations.

This is important as having all documents ready can significantly increase the chances of finding the property that's right for you. Owners/landlords are more confident when all the documentation is made available. The vacancy rate of Vancouver and area is very low so many people may be applying for the same rental property, therefore it is important that the information you supply is strong to give a better chance of securing the housing.

What you will need
Financial documents that are relevant such as:
Bank statements, savings or any other related documents.
Work related documents such as:
Job offer, letter of intent or any other related documents.
School related documents such as:
Outline of course or program you will be taking and duration (If applicable).
And a few things more...
You will need to fill out a rental application, this will be supplied by us but please note prospective owners/landlords may have their own rental application that will need to be filled out. Once selected for the housing that best suit you, a lease or rental agreement will need to be completed to finalize the rental/lease. Security deposit will be required once selected by the owner/landlord and is generally one half’s months’ rent. References which may include personal, or job related, very important to have strong references.
